Bromocriptine is a potent Cytochrome P450 3A inhibitor (~770 nM, see cat#K702). It also acts as a dopamine receptor agonist via the D2 receptor (Ki = 2.5 nM). As a result, it is used in combination therapy for Parkinsons disease.
